Adjustable glides with felt base are designed for use on tables, cabinets, racks, filing cabinets, workbenches, non-movable couches and chairs and other applications.
These adjustable glides provide superior floor protection, especially for less resilient flooring such as hardwood and vinyl tile. Use of an adjustable glide with felt base reduces friction and enables furniture to be moved more easily and quietly.
The glide body is constructed of highly durable nylon that is injected molded into the felt to create a more durable and inseparable bond. This process is far superior to inferior construction methods that simply attach the felt using adhesives or double stick tape.
Use of a felt base is not recommended for wet areas or where the felt could be exposed to excessive dirt or grease, as these conditions can potentially ruin the felt.
