Carpin offers metal and plastic assembled tube enclosures that fit tubing with OD thicknesses ranging from 5/8” up to 1-1/2”.
With our metal tube enclosures, the platform that closes off the tube is made of hardened carbon steel with an angled spring clip riveted to the platform for an extremely positive attachment. Use of the angled spring clip provides a semi-permanent solution for closing off the end of a tube. Both the rivet and platform can be finished with zinc plating or black oxide.
With our plastic tube enclosures, the plastic platform that closes off tubes with 1” and 1-1/8” OD is made of high quality nylon or polyethylene. An angled metal spring retaining clip is riveted to the plastic platform for an extremely positive attachment. Use of the angled spring clip provides a semi-permanent solution for closing off the end of a tube. The plastic platform is available in various colors.
